Oracle Technical Analysis
The technical analysis of the Oracle stock price chart on 4-hour timeframe shows #S-ORCL,H4 is retreating after rebound to six-week high a month ago. The 200-period moving average MA(200) is falling too. We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower boundary of Donchian channel at 146.76. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above 156.27. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal high , following Parabolic indicator signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level (156.27) without reaching the order (146.76), we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.
Fundamental Analysis of Stocks - Oracle
Oracle stock ended down yesterday despite strong long-term guidance. Will the Oracle stock price retreating reverse?
Oracle issued a strong growth outlook for its fiscal 2026 and 2027. The company revealed it expects fiscal 2026 revenue to grow 15% while fiscal 2027 revenue is forecast to grow 20%, both exceeding analysts’ estimates. Oracle CEO Safra Catz said company’s capital expenditure for this fiscal year will more than double to $16 billion and added that demand is "dramatically" outstripping supply. While revenue from cloud services in the third quarter rose 23% to $6.2 billion, the overall revenue of $14.13 billion missed the median estimate of $14.39 billion. Expectations of stronger demand for a company’s products are bullish for company’s stock price. However, Oracle stock fell as US stock market closed sharply lower yesterday and the current setup is bearish for the stock price.
